Just a reminder folks: The next meeting is on the 18th of September at Fleetwood Legion.

Taking place will be:

• Player registration for the new season
• Singles and Doubles finals
• Presentation Night

Player Registration

Remember that the player registration fee is £2.00, and any players not signed on this date will count as a late registration, the fee for which is £2.50. Late registration of players is available for four weeks from the start of the season. Any teams wishing to sign new players after then will have to do so at the discretion of the committee.

Singles and Doubles

Singles and Doubles finalists should get to the Legion no later than 7.30pm.

Presentation Night

Presentation Night is going to be a bit special this year, as it is the 25th anniversary of Fleetwood (and District) Pool League. Tropies will be presented to last seasons league champions and the team knockout winners, as well as the new Singles and Doubles champions (whoever they may be). If you know any former players who might like to turn out, then get them down to the Legion.

New Season

The new season is going to start on the 21st of September. If this date does change for any reason then you will be informed. All teams have now registered, and we are going to have two divisions this season: Division A will comprise of 8 teams, Division B will comprise of 9 teams. I unfortunately don't have the lists for the teams in each league at the moment (I forgot to write them down!), I'll update the site as soon as I can when I get them.
