Fixtures and the Legion

Just for information to prevent any problems relating to rumours:

The Legion where allowed back into the League subject to conditions being met and these conditions wasn't met so have been removed. NO Fixture changes are required from those given at Player Registration or that are available on here due to the Legion (if your team name doesn't appear on the fixtures on a particular week this is because you have a bye)

FIXTURE CHANGE - 10TH APRIL 2012 - ALL FIXTURES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED TO BE PLAYED ON THE 14/08/12.

A well attended evening (apart from dockers) and i think it was enjoyed by all and perhaps the best for some time. Thanks for a great night.

Don't forget, it's presentation night at the Strawberry Gardens this Saturday. We will have the Singles and Doubles finals, and then the presentation itself.

Let's get as many players there as possible, it should be a great night.

Both matches to be played on Sunday 12th February 2012 at THE MOUNT. Players must be at the venue for 7.45pm ready to play for 8pm. All games are best of three and order of play is to be adhered to. Semi-Final games CANNOT be re-arranged. Good Luck!!!

Bruno Charity Raffle

Bruno Charity Raffle

£5 a ticket or 4 for £15. All of the money raised will go to towards the leagues current charity.

The prize has been donated to the league with great thanks from by North Lancs Training Group who head up the Paul Hunter Foundation (http://www.paulhunterfoundation.org/index.php). The Prize is a really nice Two Piece Paul Hunter Foundation branded Snooker Cue and case signed by Snooker Players, Shaun Murphy and Nigel Bond and Blackpool Football players Matthew Gilkes Goal Keeper and left back Robert Harris. The Case is also signed by all 4 stars.

The Draw for the cue will be held on presentation night at the end of February. Raffle tickets can be purchased from Melvin at all of the forthcoming events I.E. Singles and Doubles Semis, Team Knockout Final, Bruno speed pool event, AGM and Presentation night. Tickets can also be purchased by submitting names on the back of this weeks card complete with money and Melvin will get a ticket to you before the draw.

Please dig deep and buy a couple of tickets to support the the league with this in an effort to give the late Bruno the burial which he deserves.
